Pre-Team and Competitive Team Gymnastics

When girls reach advanced skill levels and demonstrate their commitment to the sport of gymnastics, we invite them to tryout for our pre-team or team programs.  It takes discipline and effort to be a successful competitive gymnast, but just as important, we want our gymnasts to learn what it takes to be a successful team.  While the official team competitions don't begin until level 5, we provide a pre-team program for level 4 girls and a "Sparks" program for preschool gymnasts who are developing quickly.  We also host several intra-gym competitions throughout the year with our sister gym, the Frisco Gymnastics Center.  If your child would like to try-out for our team, contact the gym at  214-351-4489.
